The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) is intended to regulate the obligations of, and the procedures and principles to be followed by, the parties that process personal data in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals.
As per its obligations under the PDPL and according to the customers' requirements, InterProbe provides support with registration in the VERBIS System and determining the technical and administrative measures related to personal data.
InterProbe, with the VERBIS System Registration Consultancy, ensures that the process that must be followed as per the legal obligations is properly managed and that the registration to VERBIS is completed without any issues.
The Personal Data Inventory report is created in detail, and the data is made ready for classification based on the report created.
As part of its services under the PDPL Consultancy, InterProbe is also finalizing preparation of various processes related to personal data protection, such as drawing up the policies for retention and deletion of data, that organizations must publish under the PDPL; reviewing legal agreements, forms, etc. that an organization has in place and aligning them with the PDPL, and creating explicit consent texts and information sheets.
